I have been working with them for a new build and each person has been pleasant. Each step they're contacting us to let us know what's going on.
We looked around at other builders before choosing Wade Homes. We are so glad we chose them. They are the only builder we would trust. They took building our home seriously. We had our home built by Wade custom homes. They did a magnificent job and we are so happy to be in our new home. Let me preface this by saying if I were to build again, I would have no problem building with Wade Homes again. Building a home is no easy feat and the team at Wade Homes were great to work with. Matthew accommodated our MANY changes to our layout. I’m pretty detail oriented with this kind of stuff and spent months making changes and tweaks to our home layout.
