Wade Collision Repair has been fantastic to deal with. Everyone I spoke to was super friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. Their professionalism really stood out — they were thorough, kept me well-briefed on what to expect eventhough my car only had minor damage. My car came back in perfect condition and earlier than the scheduled date. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and their communication made everything easy. Definitely a place I’d trust with my car again :)
Overall not a pleasant experience. Had to wait a while to get a courtesy car, when a car was available it was a 2005 model car, definitely not a late model vehicle as stated on their website. The repair work didn't go through a through QA process. The vehicle had to be returned for the work to be rectified. It's still not quite there yet.
Just had my Mini repaired and I’m delighted with the results!! The car looks as good as new. Was gleaming too thanks to the wash. Highly recommend this place. The staff are all super friendly and welcoming, lovely to deal with. An all round great experience. 😊
