Good shop would take car there again. BUT, Big Issue, explained problem to store for about 5 minutes, he said ok please hold, then another guy answered and said how can I help you, I sighed and said I've got to go tell this again? he said "No, You Don't and hung up"! I called back and he said "you're frustrated and I don't want to talk to you"... REALLY.
