First time going here for an extraction, I received a massive infection and ended up in St. Claire's on IV for a month post extraction. Was told by nurses it was one of the worst dental infections they'd seen. My face was twice it's size. Not to mention when I went to pay, they tried to charge me double what I was quoted via text. I called that out quickly and after the workers went back to speak to the manager, they agreed to charge me what they quoted me to begin with. Always a great visit! Very personable and caring from the front-end reception to the detail demonstrated in their work on the backend. When a dentist takes the time to send you an email after your visit due to a medical condition in order to clarify and add comfort, you GOT my attention AND deserving of a review which sometimes we take for granted
