Extremely disappointed in recent experiences. After years of specific diagnosis’s from specialists with many tests and procedures done the primary on site refuses to accept the diagnosis’s. All the while removing diagnosis’s from charts that have been there for years despite protest from the clients. Many comments made were extremely rude towards these diagnosis’s and patient statements on their medical history. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional for what was considered a wonderful clinic.

My dad and I always call, and they never answer, and then we never get a call back. Luckily, I like 5 minutes away, so I just stop in and ask for an appointment. They don't seem to keep doctors for very long either. But I always get treated well when I go.

Terrible place. Always cold. Rooms are rarely cleaned, stray hair and floor stains are a common thing during the pandemic. They can't handle prescription refills, they never answer the phone during business hours. The current Dr must have an ear infection because she can't seem to hear anything anyone says. Which is probably a better diagnosis than what they can give out. My opinion Go somewhere else.

I have easily gotten appts with Dr Ecker even if it was a spur of the moment situation. Staff is super friendly starting when you walk in until you leave. Dr Ecker helped me get through some major sicknesses/surgeries with absolute care. There is a culture there that is comfortable and professional. They don't miss a beat. Just a great staff all in all
