I have spent a decade with Waddell & Reed. Financially they are impressive. My stocks significantly appreciated during the pandemic. Even though I’m a just a young man they refer to me by my surname and treat me with respect.
Spoke with Tim on Monday of last week to cash out my account, Tuesday he said we were all good and my check was being “overnighted” , I understand Wednesday was a national holiday for President Busch passing. So it is now Monday of the following week, I find out not from Tim that it was regular mailed and he just acts like it’s no big deal. I would think a company like this would want to make there customer happy regardless of any situation. , but not in this case.
