I genuinely wanted this experience to go better. I’ve worked with Wadayaneed before and have always been happy with the results, which is why I continued to try to work through delays in communication. Unfortunately, after a two-month wait and the quality we ultimately received, this experience fell well short of expectations. I understand that embroidery work is outsourced to Awards by Walsh’s & Creative Marketing in Cohoes, NY, but as customers of Wadayaneed, we look to them for accountability when problems occur.
We purchased a plaque from Cheri and it came out perfect!! Highly recommend. Every aspect of the purchase (communication / shipping /etc) was excellent! Thank you!
