I have been a patient at this family practice for many years, starting with Dr. Ted Wadas and now continuing my care with his son, Dr. Matthew Wadas. It’s been wonderful to see the same commitment to exceptional eye care carried on through the next generation. The staff are professional and efficient. One thing I especially appreciate is how responsive they are—whenever I call for a new script for eye drops, it is sent to the pharmacy the same day. First negative review, I have ever written about a business. This has to deal with the herkimer office. I called in today as I am a patient asking about my script and which contact goes in which eye. I was met with hostility from the receptionist and I will no longer be a patient at this establishment. Please take me off your mailing list!
This place is great! Been coming here for a year or two and every visit has been a good experience.
