Melissa, the dental assistant is amazing and has ensured my visit today was comfortable and explained everything as well as the dentist.
Had a mishap with the front receptionist. Called to schedule my appointment earlier due to working starting back, arrived earlier and the appointment time was not changed. Talked to the manager about my issue and how I lived 30 mins away. She corrected to her best ability!! The hygienist was awaesome!
Theses guys have always been good to me. And very reasonably priced. Been going to them for many years.
The staff is very professional. They always check in with you to be sure you are comfortable and explain all procedures and expected outcomes. I have been seeing Igor and he is very informative and helpful. Dr. Cooper does great work and I would not have the work done with any other team. From check in to final appointment all the staff are friendly and responsive.
