Everyone that I worked with was very polite and thorough.
The owner, Chad, offered to touch up a rock chip for us at no charge. When we came in to get it done his employee, Chris, threw us the keys to his personal vehicle to run an errand while he did the touch up. They also allowed us to just pop in on our schedule. Top notch service!
Long story short, got an email saying the claim was approved and parts were in. Drop the vehicle off on a Tuesday and hear nothing so I call the following Monday and I am told we don’t have approval! Wait what! Ok well let me come get my car being it will be a few days. I am told no sorry we can’t let it off the lot as we took the bumper off! What! Wait you can’t do work on it cause you don’t have approval on the claim so why did you tear the bumper off! It should have been a 6-7 day repair tops, 23 days later it’s done! No ... read more
