Reliable, professional, always do an amazing job. I have used Waconia1 three times now and each time they continue to show what customer service means and deliver high quality results. The communication was always amazing and even finishing my car earlier than quoted. The complimentary detailing is also such a perk and shows you truly care about your customer. Highly recommend.
Waconia 1 Collision was recommended by a friend. We've had two repairs completed after hitting deer, and both experiences were great. They took care of the details with our insurance company and were great about communication with us. After a couple of difficult experiences with other repair companies in our home town, it's worth the 45 minute drive to work with Waconia 1.

10++ - I wish there was a higher number than ten to show & explain my experience with Waconia 1 Collison. I say this because at the time of needing service I had a lot going on and they were great with keeping in touch about my car every step of the way. When I got in my car it was beautifully cleaned and that was unexpected and very VERY much appreciated. Thank you all at Waconia 1 Collison for the work and time you put in my car! I will be back if I ever need anything, that's for sure!
