Nice attitude and willingness to help
A week after selling a property, we received a late payment notice from the lender. Waco had "forgotten" to send payoff to lender! Too much trickery, so I requested and received a refund of their fees.
Great place to make it official. All the the staff and the environment are welcoming and professional. Started a little late, back-to-back day, did not feel rush or hurried in anyway. All questions answered openly, honestly and with compassion. If you are coming to buy/sell your property, rest assured you are in great hands
