Talk about scam artists. Definitely no oversight going on here. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable place cause you won't get it here. Scamed an elderly retired couple out of $1500. Wouldn't let them close until they got this additional charge that just appeared long after total payment was wired and all documents signed. Suddenly they need more money for their pockets with little to NO explanation. Shady shady business!!!!!! Even the realtor with 20 plus years had never seen or head of such a thing.
