Waco Title did a Wondeful Job on my closing. It was a very smooth transaction. Morgan Scott Really help me along with the closing. I knew the status each step of the way. I had a special request and she did everything possible to make it happen for me. I would highly recomend them. In additon their fees were great compared to other title companies.

The woman who kept in touch with was very kind. However, in the process of events prior to this, I found out I was deceived on many issues. This company also kept manipulating the affidavit to fit the narrative of the person who was trying to make me sign whatever it was. Indirectly, 3 times I asked if this had anything to do with my current mortgage and they wouldn't tell me.
