Waco Title did a Wondeful Job on my closing. It was a very smooth transaction. Morgan Scott Really help me along with the closing. I knew the status each step of the way. The woman who kept in touch with was very kind. However, in the process of events prior to this, I found out I was deceived on many issues. This company also kept manipulating the affidavit to fit the narrative of the person who was trying to make me sign whatever it was. Indirectly, 3 times I asked if this had anything to do with my current mortgage and they wouldn't tell me.
