My 6-needle embroidery machine broke earlier this year and they worked diligently to get it repaired. It runs beautifully. Jeremiah went above and beyond to personally help me with my software. It is a pleasureto visit the new Waco store. There is plenty of space to walk around and view the various sewing machines and their attachments. The staff is pleasant and helpful to answer questions or offer suggestions. The larger classroom is the icing on the cake.
friendly and knowledgeable staff
There are really some nice ladies working this store. I particularly enjoy the sit and sew sessions where there is advice, direction, and lots of laughs. Being a relative novice, I feel absolutely comfortable here ... no intimidation.
Friendly staff not a big selection of fabric but what they have is gorgeous. Brought my machine to be serviced so we will see about that is a couple of weeks.
