Front office is rude and disrespectful trying to come up with a solution as I physically could not get across town and instead of being helpful in a tough situation chose to be belligerent try to force payment via phone and canceled all appointments as well as hang up on me mid sentence. If that’s what the office of a mental health drs office does to their patients then there is one more reason mental health is declining. This does not reflect on the therapist.
