I just had my first baby and words cannot express how much I appreciate Dr Erickstad. She listens to you and is very straight forward, but where she really shines is when your labor goes south. I had to have an emergency c-section, but she made me feel safe, heard, and confident it would all be ok. She was so kind when letting me know our plans needed to change. I was terrified, but still felt I was in the best hands I could be in. Everything ended up going better than I could have ever imagined.
While trying to schedule my first appointment I spoke with Christina, who was very informative and walked me through step by step of understanding the app and how to view and schedule appointments. She was so friendly, and courteous, it’s very refreshing to receive outstanding customer service!
I would not recommend this place to anyone that is relocating from out of city/state later in their pregnancy. They do not take patients past 26 weeks, and I was currently 25 weeks so they would not see me. The only thing they said they could do was give me a phone number to a different clinic close by. However, they weren’t even sure if this other clinic would be able to see me and it had terrible reviews. My mom went in for surgery on Friday and everyone has been so wonderful. Dr. Wang asked us if we can do a prayer for my moms surgery and after we prayed for her surgery, it made me, my grandmother, and my dad it made us feel better. After her surgery we were placed in the Women's and Child Center. Dr. Wang and the Registered Nurses were so very kind to me and my family and they took great care of my mom. The nurses were very friendly and helpful.
I gave birth to my first daughter Back in 2012. I've had 6 other children since then, now im having my final and last one. I've conceived all of them at this hospital. They have really amazing staff , and are extremely helpful.
