I waited 2 hours past the agreed eta and they never showed up or even called to say they were running late. Then when i made several calls to get an updated ETA, they ghosted me.
Came out promptly was honest. He went and found the parts needed and for us back on the road.

The mechanic came out and diagnosed my truck. He said he was coming back to Fix it.. I waited 8hrs in the heat with my dog. He kept saying g he was on his way and never came … You know I’m a Army vet and thought people would do right and be honest. I guess I was wrong.. This was really bad..
