What a great experience. Dr Lauren York was great to work with, and she made us both feel very comfortable as she tested our hearing. She took the time to explain our test results in detail and so that we could understand what it all meant. Then we talked about options and how to navigate the world of hearing aids. Would highly recommend Waco Hearing Center.
I called to ask a question and was put on hold for 7 minutes. Then the lady I spoke to was not very friendly and I felt like I was inconveniencing her. I had a very bad phone experience. I will go somewhere else for my hearing aid needs.
The experience was good until time to leave. I was totally put to shame and embarrassed in front of other people by a desk clerk. Needs to learn how to talk to people. Us elderly needs to have respect. Definitely would not go back there. Sorry
Excellent quality ,service and equipment. Superior staff, location, customer contact, and follow up. Instruments are the the very best in the business. I am a long time repeat customer.
Taylor that greeted me was very sweet, kind and extremely helpful. Also, Lauren, the audiologist was very considerate and friendly. The last audiologist I went to was a very grumpy guy. I told her that she was in the right line of work cause I could tell that she really enjoyed her job and was extremely good at it.
