Excellent quality ,service and equipment. Superior staff, location, customer contact, and follow up. Instruments are the the very best in the business. I am a long time repeat customer.
The experience was good until time to leave. I was totally put to shame and embarrassed in front of other people by a desk clerk. Needs to learn how to talk to people. Us elderly needs to have respect. Definitely would not go back there. Sorry
This was my first experience with Waco Hearing Center and it was excellent. Dr. York was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.
Taylor that greeted me was very sweet, kind and extremely helpful. Also, Lauren, the audiologist was very considerate and friendly. The last audiologist I went to was a very grumpy guy. I told her that she was in the right line of work cause I could tell that she really enjoyed her job and was extremely good at it.
I. Went to Waco Hearing. They tested my hearing and I did need hearing aids. I have them and they have help a lot and the Doctor and staff were very helpful and showed that they really are concerned about their for there patients.
