My first appointment was exceptional. Great greeting and receptionist was very knowledgeable and efficient. Riley was very professional and knowledgeable, addressing my concerns and providing excellent feedback for me. Great experience. Thanks to all.
Warmly received at the front desk. The audiologist, Elizabeth, came out promptly and escorted me to the hearing test booth. She explained the process and we proceeded with out delay. The test was painless and lasted just a few minutes. Afterward, Elizabeth discussed my results with me and I was on my way. Very pleasant and enjoyable.

Taylor's fantastic smile and infectious positive energy make here the secret weapon from the moment you walk in the door. Elizabeth explained every step thoroughly to me as we went and answered my many questions. I couldn't be happier with their services.
Elizabeth was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to purchase any devices. I felt comfortable with her assessment and during the whole process. She also took the time to help me connect my devices to the purchased hearing aids. I was pleasantly surprised with the results of the hearing aids. I plan to refer my brother to Waco Hearing Center.
