Taylor that greeted me was very sweet, kind and extremely helpful. Also, Lauren, the audiologist was very considerate and friendly. The last audiologist I went to was a very grumpy guy. I told her that she was in the right line of work cause I could tell that she really enjoyed her job and was extremely good at it.

The staff here are amazing and kind. I needed an urgent exam and they went above and beyond to accommodate me asap when everywhere else was 6weeks + with no work in availability. When I arrived they were very professional and efficient. The Audiologist was so kind and showed genuine care for my circumstances. I highly recommend

Warmly received at the front desk. The audiologist, Elizabeth, came out promptly and escorted me to the hearing test booth. She explained the process and we proceeded with out delay. The test was painless and lasted just a few minutes. Afterward, Elizabeth discussed my results with me and I was on my way. Very pleasant and enjoyable.

Every interaction has been very comfortable and humanizing, while still professional. Riley has always been extremely helpful with any issues or needs that have cropped up. Taylor's fantastic smile and infectious positive energy make here the secret weapon from the moment you walk in the door. Elizabeth explained every step thoroughly to me as we went and answered my many questions. I couldn't be happier with their services.
