This place still haunts me miss carried and found out at this clinic I was told to not be loud from breaking down after my 4th loss happened almost a little over a year ago and seeing all the reviews made me want to speak up hopefully better staff end up here people who have compassion empathy and most of all understanding
This is the worst place in Waco, very unprofessional. You call them any time of day and you will sit on hold forever. My daughter is very sick and they could careless. I was on hold for 40 minutes and no one EVER came the phone. A complete joke of a medical facility. Don't go here if you want to live.
the blonde lady up front seems very sweet. she's the ONLY reason I'm giving them 2 stars. Otherwise, don't bother. They don't want to help you. they don't care about your problems or your health. They can't help with accommodation paperwork if you're having an issue at work. They can't help with weight loss drugs if your insurance wants additional authorizations.
