These guys are very professional and came to my property two times and fixed my issue . Will use them in the future.
We just moved into our new home in Whitney, Tx. Called Joseph over the weekend with some issues needing to be addressed. Joseph did some pre-work to have crew come out on Monday. John and Mike came out and were very focused, professional and courteous. The team exceeded our expectations. The finished work was excellent and they cleaned up afterward. I will be calling Falcon 5 going forward for any future plumbing/AC needs.
Technicians were on time, friendly, and service was great.

Congratulations on getting a second, 1 star review. You deserve it. I would like to shed some more light on your reply to my wife's review. You did not spend a month applying to 20 different finance companies on our behalf. You sent our very basic information to one company. That company doesn't do any lending. They are a broker that partners with 20 other lending companies. The first partner that they placed us with was a title loan company.
