Dr Chacellor is very concerned and listens to you explaining the issues you're having and thank goodness because the nursing staff will run you off for sure
1 STAR IS BEING GRACIOUS! HORRIBLE front desk staff! Rude & Incompetent! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Save yourself the aggravation! =( Got the run around for 2 weeks. Finally got an appointment & when arrived was told my appointment was at a different time! Had to ask to speak to management only to find out that I was right on the appointment time!
Great experience with Dr. Haynes and her nursing staff. Highly recommend.
The wait time after a schedule appointment here is absolutely insane!! If I showed up 2 hours late for my appointment they would make me reschedule! I can’t say that there aren’t nice and friendly people here but the wait out weighs the extremely long wait. I could see if there was an emergency or what not but you as a doctor or NP your time is not as valuable as the wait you make the people who pay your bills endure. Get it together!!! It’s not like you’re spending time listening or concerned about the actual person!!!
