If you are interested at all in Olympic Weightlifting, highly recommend Waco BB! Through one-on-one attention and an awesome team environment, you will learn everyone thing you need to be successful. Jason will breakdown technique and apply an appropriate training style that will work for you. Through hard work and some preserverence, you can have big jerks and snappy snatches!
Coach Jason is hand down one of the best most selfless coaches I have ever met. He meets you were you are physically and pushes you to be your best. His one on one coaching has been so helpful! At Waco barbell you are family, not a dollar sign. Come join us sometime, you’ll love the crew!
I dropped in at Waco Barbell for a Saturday session. Jason and his crew were extremely welcoming. The energy was awesome and I came away with a PR C&J! I can not say enough good things about this place! The atmosphere is awesome and everyone is friendly. The coaching is phenomenal. Jason is a movement expert in the sport of weightlifting and I have come a long way in a short time with my form due to his coaching. It’s great for a newbie or an experienced lifter!
Coach Jason is a great coach! He is very caring for ALL his athletes. I came from a team that had two unprofessional/money hungry coaches and the change to Waco Barbell has been awesome. Even though I am a remote athlete, he still treats me like if I am an in house athlete! Also, Coach Jason has a lot of knowledge with weightlifting and you will definitely see improvements when you join! Everyone there is very friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend this team!
