The owner (I believe it was) and another lady were in today and they were giving the place a good clean and the self service area wasn’t taking our quarters we started pulling out to leave but the guy came over and asked us what was wrong and he let us give him the 8$ of quarters and gave us the premium wash just for the inconvenience it was very kind and the car wash was great! You can tell these people really love they’re place of business and care for the customers as well!

I was given 2 $5 coupons last time I was there and was told I could use both on my next visit. So I put 1 in and it said $5 credit, put the second 1 in and it said unfortunately you can only use 1 per visit, so I hit the refund option to get my second coupon back but it wouldn't give it to me, so I had to use my visa card so they could take out $10 because I wanted the premium wash!! Paid for a 7 dollar wash that supposedly included an undercarriage spray. The wash didn't even touch anything on the car below the wheel trim and certainly didn't spray the bottom. Barely cleaned the car and did not include a dryer.
