Terrible customer service, bought a brand new compactor plate, its not running, left messages with tech support and reps, sent emails and messages with no reply, have had to hire a compactor plate twice now, very dissapointed, try another brand if you get the chance

Wacker tracked loader consistently fall short of expectations from day one. Despite the flashy marketing, the machine has been riddled with issues, including frequent breakdowns, hydraulic failures, and persistent engine problems, track issues, overheating and more. It's clear that the company is aware of these shortcomings; the lack of warranty support and evasive customer service only adds to the frustration. Absolute nightmare trying to organise a simple part for a machine. From everything I've experienced Wacker Neuson and it's dealer network in Adelaide and Melbourne simply don't care. 5 days to even get it organised with countless phone calls. Seriously considering selling all my Wacker machines after this experience.
