One Star – Very Disappointed I came in asking for a specific gradient dip style and even showed a reference photo. What I received looked nothing like what I asked for—it was sloppy and poorly done. When I expressed that I wasn’t happy and asked for help removing it, the staff got an attitude and told me they had other clients to take care of and couldn’t help me.
