TERRIBLE! Andrea is extremely arrogant and hostile, they screw everything up and blame the patient, the Murrells Inlet staff is nicer , way nicer but one woman Dr is not Dr Hudson is great though
The front desk staff and the office manager are both jokes and extremely rude and overall disorganized. Every single month, my husband has to call repeatedly to get them to send his prescriptions, and every time they fail to do so, leading to days without his medication. It’s frustrating enough, but we let it go. In the past few months, we received a document in the mail stating that the prescription needed prior authorization—no big deal; it’s required every year. I had my ALL of my insurance informatio. The desk clerk was very rude, wouldn't even let me see the Doctor because I didn't have a physical card. In front of everyone in the waiting room talked to me and treated me like I was an idiot. All because I didn't have my card. THEN denied me seeing a Doctor! My back is very hurt and needed a follow up appointment. The most unprofessional office I've ever been to in my 38 years of living. What a world we live in today
