I have had a similar experience as Andy. I have been trying to secure insurance for a new property that I am closing on TODAY since March 7th and I am out of state so I can't just walk into the office. I have emailed and left voicemails. It is extremely frustrating as my closing today is hanging in the balance.
Going on 3 weeks and still no renewal bill for my business insurance. I have called 5 times. Voicemails go un-returned and if you're lucky enough to actually speak with your agent, you get, "We will call you back, we will email it, we're working on it." And you get NOTHING!!! This place went south when they closed the Murrells Inlet office.
Thank you, thank you, thank you to Waccamaw Insurance Services!!! I truly appreciate the patience and friendliness of your staff with all my questions concerning flood insurance and homeowners insurance. You are a great company to work with!!! Thanks again!
