Awesome small native plant nursery. Great prices and wide selection. I’ll definitely be skipping big box stores from now on.
The landscape services we received from Wacca Pilatka were great! Nick came and we discussed what we wanted done and he made excellent suggestions using native plants. Then he provided a schematic of the design as well as pictures and details of the new plants. Tommy and his crew were awesome at removing existing landscaping and installing the new plants. They welcomed any questions we had during the installation. Our new landscaping is lovely and we are so pleased - plus native plants don’t require fertilization!
Grass is a money pit - weeds, water, & pesticides. We'd had enough so I went on a search for an alternative. Native landscaping made sense and fit with our home aesthetic. Next was finding someone that understood native Florida plants. The first call said they didn't service where we live and so they referred us to Wacca Pilatka. 10/10 from the quote to the laying of the sod this team was top notch and I researched many other options. For redoing my front yard there really isn't a better group of people to work with. Excellent work and now that the front is done I'm wanting to do something to my backyard now. Seriously they're great and fair on pricing for the quality of work.
We are so lucky to have a locally-owned nursery with a great native plant collection. Tara is friendly and knowledgeable. They bring in new plants every few weeks, too. And they are adding these great signs, so you can easily identify Florida native, and Florida-friendly I'm looking forward to their next event in October.
