You need to be an electrician to replace a bulb...and they don’t last. First one burned out after 10 months. Having all 4 bathroom lights replaced with easier to use, more conventional LED tracks

Make LED recessed lights that work and stand up to their advertising as lasting for 20 years. Customer service sucks as company has longer warranty I believe 5 years at least but they do not honor it unless you fight with them. They wanted me to only deal with them thru the supply house that provided the light but the supply house "Cooper Electric" seemed to not care (at least the person in charge of the location in Elmsford NY) so I had to deal with it. I purchased 9 LED ceiling lights for my apartment. 4 died within the first 3 years. I now have to replace all of them.
Very disappointed in the customer service. I have tried to contact them several times and each time has gotten different answers.
We ordered two WAC undercounter lights for our kitchen remodel. When they arrived, one was perfect, the other was badly assembled with uneven corners etc. The shipping company sent a replacement, which was even worse. They had tried to repair the uneven corners with some kind of putty. We got the third replacement delivered today and the corners are uneven on this one, too!
