If I could give more stars I would. The customer service, communication, and delivery that I've experienced from Wabi Sabi have been nothing short of fantastic. Blake and Emily have been absolutely wonderful to work with. Blake was very hands on and walked us through the entire process for the couch. We later came back and ordered the coffee table as well and they came out better than expected! Highly recommend them. Their delivery team was also exceptional. Thank you so much Wabi Sabi team!
We've had a wonderful experience working with Wabi Sabi. Blake and Emily are attentive and very accommodating-- allowing us to make a refund a month after purchasing or an exchange 2 weeks after delivery. They're very understanding of our space limitations and design needs. Pieces are beautiful and high quality. Nothing else like it on the island.
I meant to leave this review over a year ago but forgot about the experience until now. The customer service rep was very unpleasant, I was looking forward to purchasing a couch & wanted to see how it is in person but was completely turned off by how condescending the employee was.
Best furniture store on island! We just came in to lay on the couches to rest after a lot of walking and all the couches were incredibly comfy! Lots of modern, stylish, quality pieces - definitely recommend stopping by!
