I meant to leave this review over a year ago but forgot about the experience until now. The customer service rep was very unpleasant, I was looking forward to purchasing a couch & wanted to see how it is in person but was completely turned off by how condescending the employee was.
Best furniture store on island! We just came in to lay on the couches to rest after a lot of walking and all the couches were incredibly comfy! Lots of modern, stylish, quality pieces - definitely recommend stopping by!
Unbelievable bad service and quality … please stay away from this false smiling company … 9 months and still sofa is 100% rubbish after spending over $3,000 - OK today - they fixed the problem so I am happy and do give credit for that response - but should never have come to that in first place - but it’s fixed now - thank you
