This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered the eel roll, and when it came out, it tasted old and disgusting. I politely asked the server if I could switch it for a California roll, but she rudely told me “no, you must pay for another one.” I then asked if she could at least remove it from my bill, and again she refused, saying, “If you order it, you buy it.” The rest of our food wasn’t much better. Got a to go order they did not package my soup correctly and all of it spilled in the bag, tuna on top of my roll was old
Worst experience ever. The staff was so rude. They asked us to leave for no reason.
It's been a while since we were last in. Usually just special occasions. While it was quite quiet for a Saturday evening, the food was on point and no complaints at all. We had a mix of sushi rolls, yakasobi and teppan/teriyaki, and a Wabi Sabi Tai drink and no complaints. Sucks to see it that slow.
