After the conversation I had on the phone with the receptionist, Dale, I will never go there. I had recently gotten new glasses from a different eye doctor in winona. Unfortunately when I got home, the loosened on my face. I work 2 full time jobs and go to school, so I don’t have a ton of free time. Great Doc, great help with glasses!!
While the other reviewers are correct and the male receptionist is rude and condescending, the eye doctor is exceptional!! Her skill is worth putting up with him! Definately worth making an appointment with this eye doctor!
Wow. The man who answered the phone was extremely rude and arrogant. Glad I called before giving them my business. Sad because I like to support local small businesses
