My Dad passed in October of 2022. Paid in FULL in January 2023. Always get the run around, was told 2 weeks ago it would be up in 2 weeks, and to no surprise it isn't. It helps the grieving process to actually have a stone. They DO NOT CARE!! Why would they when we already paid in full 18 months ago?! They already got their money. I feel as though they should totally refund our money so we can pay an actual caring legit business to set a stone. SHADY business practices if you ask me!. I would give 0 stars if it were the option. My father passed in October of 2022. We picked out a stone and paid in FULL in January of 23 approved the design a couple of weeks later and here we are almost 18 months in from the paid in full date and still no stone on my fathers grave. They dodge phone calls, barely return messages and when they do, there is ALWAYS an excuse. First it was that Covid slowed production.
