Do not use Wabash Valley Monument. Dealing with Wabash Valley Monument has been a nightmare. My mom passed away in December 2023. I went with my dad to order a stone in January 2024. We paid half down which was over $2,000. The stone was on their lot. All they had to do was engrave it. We were told it would be set as soon as it was warm enough. Here we are TWO YEARS later. We have heard every excuse in the book. We would have loved to have been able to decorate my mom's stone for Christmas. I feel like this business takes ad... read more

We waited 10 1/2 months for our Brothers headstone but we understood there were some glitches with shipping as we ordered Black Granite . We worked with ‘ Rose’ who was both kind and respectful every time we spoke . We did get anxious because it took so long but we Received our headstone last week and I must say that it is Beautiful ! Wabash valley did a great job ! Thank you Rose and to all those that work with you .

My Dad passed in October of 2022. Paid in FULL in January 2023. Always get the run around, was told 2 weeks ago it would be up in 2 weeks, and to no surprise it isn't. It helps the grieving process to actually have a stone. They DO NOT CARE!! Why would they when we already paid in full 18 months ago?! They already got their money. I feel as though they should totally refund our money so we can pay an actual caring legit business to set a stone. SHADY business practices if you ask me!.
