After losing my grandmother, I had no idea where to start with arranging a memorial. Someone recommended this place and I’m really glad they did. The staff explained everything in simple terms and never rushed us. They showed us different design options and helped us add a small etched image that meant a lot to us. The whole process felt smooth during a very difficult time.

Do not use Wabash Valley Monument. Dealing with Wabash Valley Monument has been a nightmare. My mom passed away in December 2023. I went with my dad to order a stone in January 2024. We paid half down which was over $2,000. The stone was on their lot. All they had to do was engrave it. We were told it would be set as soon as it was warm enough. Here we are TWO YEARS later. We have heard every excuse in the book. We would have loved to have been able to decorate my mom's stone for Christmas. I feel like this business takes ad... read more

We waited 10 1/2 months for our Brothers headstone but we understood there were some glitches with shipping as we ordered Black Granite . We worked with ‘ Rose’ who was both kind and respectful every time we spoke . We did get anxious because it took so long but we Received our headstone last week and I must say that it is Beautiful ! Wabash valley did a great job ! Thank you Rose and to all those that work with you .
