Well worth the wait. Excellent quality, well made bike loop. thick gage tubing, and all around clean. Honestly could see this thing making it 50 yrs outside. Real commercial grade stuff thx again yall.
Do not order from this company. I've had a purchase order in with them since March 2022. Almost a year! After several pushes in my delivery date, I am now waiting until the end of April for patio furniture I could have used at any point within the last 365 days. Lead times are ridiculous, regardless of what they tell you. I will NEVER order from them again.
Do not order from this company. I ordered a bike rack. They charged my credit card, but I never received a confirmation number. After asking for a status update on the delivery, they couldn't give it to me because I didn't have a confirmation number. I gave them the last four digits of my credit card, the bike rack I ordered, and the date of purchase, and they went silent on me. Do not order from this company! I'm not sure what is going on, their 800 customer service number on the website is disconnected, and the customer service email address is invalid. I ordered a picnic table on May 28, 2021 they were prompt at charging my credit card but 30 days later my order still shows "processing" I emailed their sales dept and received an automated reply that current lead time on orders is 20 weeks. I need the table now, not in November!
HORRIBLE costumer service. I have been trying to get a quote for 5 days. Mailboxes are full, No one will return a call, or email. The website "get a Quote" process does not work properly. And when I finally did get someome to answer the phone, he refused to help me because it was 5 minutes before quitting time! We have heard great things about their products, too bad we cant get them!
