Awesome customer service
We were passing through Effingham en route from Toledo to Kansas when we had a flat. A local man recommended Wabash Tire. They were quick, friendly, fair priced. Patched the tire and got us underway in no time. We really appreciated it and do not hesitate to recommend them to others.
I had a terrible experience at this tire shop. I came in for a simple tire replacement, but ended up waiting over two hours despite having an appointment. The staff was disorganized and gave me conflicting information about the status of my vehicle. They told me they no longer had matching tires. They had different ones but of course they were more expensive. Very unprofessional and careless service. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
