We contacted a parts rep with photos and descriptions of parts needed for a Supreme Box Truck. The quote does not have a description of parts, just letters and numbers. Sales rep sent incorrect parts, said we would have to pay a restocking fee and shipping back due to us accepting the quote. Then we received roof that was damaged. We were not cut any slack on shipping for any of this. We will never buy from you again. Extremely disappointed and highly recommend a sales team who actually knows their parts.
