I really loved my Nurse Practitioner, Casey, and her Nurse too but the receptionist ruined my experience. It takes 3-4 times for me to call to even reach anybody and when I do they are so rude. I understand sometimes you’re short staffed but you don’t need to be rude. It took me 2 weeks to get an appt for a gallbladder ultrasound and i ended up finding a new doctor because of it taking so long. They say they’re going to call back and they never do. I cannot say enough positive things about this facility. My whole family is going there now. Dr. Patel has both intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence. He listens to your needs and makes adjustments or perhaps starts a new medication to help you get to where you want and need to be psychologically for your mental health. It was different. I have never been to a pulmonary appointment before cause of my lungs. But the staff there was just fanominal anything I needed they didn't hesitate to get or fix if I needed it
