Check in lady at the check in gate (dispatch office) too busy playing spider solitaire on computer, receiving department is non existing for flatbed drivers until you find them, you have to go around looking for them and this is not a small place. Time wasters, what's all
Horrible horrible experience late on dead line horrible communication and not to mention when I got the truck body it was damaged with all sorts of scrapes and scratches the paint job was awful so bad that I had to take it somewhere to get painted if I could leave them 0 stars I would

My husband works for this company and they will wait until the end of the shift to announce over time. Thus leaving me and everyone else who picks someone up to wait in the parking lot for an hour plus.
