I've shopped here many times in the short time I've lived in the area. They always make me uncomfortable if I don't know exactly what I'm looking for. Often I simply want to explore what they have. I'd prefer to support a local small business over Amazon or Home Depot. Most recently I went in 20 minutes before closing and politely declined help. 10 minutes later I was verbatim told "Make your selection or meander somewhere else. Seriously."
