A dangerous place for vegetarians, those with food allergies, and religious considerations. They were using same chopping block and knife to cut meat and tofu. Someone needs to educate the workers who come from heavy meat eating countries who don't get it that they need to keep things separate. Of course management doesn't give a crap.
Pésimo servicio
First time having this and i've been curious. Although i prefer Flame Broiler still, this place is a good second choice especially since they have so many options and different varieties of what you want. I like the personalization options here. The employee was so patient when we ordered. The one thing that stood out was we can have our protein lightly brushed with the sauce which is perfect cuz I actually don't care for teriyaki sauce at all. I thought that was very different. Worst customer service ever. I understand it gets busy sometimes but at least say to wait a minute or at the very least,acknowledge the people waiting. They also place the receipt ON the food while they're preparing orders. Very disgusting
