Went to go get food using the points I earned at this location and the cashier said it would not work and I could not use my points at that location. So I can earn points there but this waba grill does not honor them. I walked out and paid cash at another restaurant next door. So im stuck with 700 of useless waba points.
Miriam and Perla were both very friendly and professional. Food was hot and fresh. Recommend this waba grill for when on the go and not wanting to eat fast food.
Miriam is one of the rudest workers here ever. She gave me an attitude when me and my kids were ordering & rolled her eyes several times. She filled our bowls with a little bit of rice only & the chicken tastes old. She is really rude to her staff horribly I saw when waiting for my food & does not have good customer service. This place needs new management and learn how to treat people with respect. safe to say I will not be back ever again here.
