The food portions at the Claremont location are noticeably smaller than at other locations. A regular bowl looks more like a mini serving, which is very disappointing. The taste of the food is consistent with other Waba Grill locations, so there’s no issue there. However, unlike other locations, they don’t offer additional special; only a $5 happy hour option that includes five dumplings and a drink, which is simply not enough food. Service by a person who clearly does not want to work there (1/6/26 @1pm) then they want to nickel and dime you for every single thing, including sauces, which usually are free at other locations. No specials either. 28 bucks for two bowls with veggy no drink. Last time I’m coming here maybe they think everybody has Whole Foods money.
