It’s pretty annoying when trying to place a take out order over the phone and the employee doesn’t even speak English to be able to understand! Do better Glendora
Yesterday I went in to get a value bowl and the girl behind the counter had her fingers in her mouth . I asked her if she had washed her hands and told her I saw her fingers in her mouth and she lied and said she did . I saw her the whole time . She did not wash her hands at all . I returned the food and got my money back . She also did not care how gross it was for her to do that.
Beautiful customer service from Xitlaly and the cook was amazing for sure coming back.
Great customer service by Isabelle she was so kind and the food was delicious 👍 will be coming back!!
