Guy who took gave us our order was super rude. He said they charged for boom boom sauce but in the most rude way possible. Teach ur employees how to be polite. Don’t know his name but im pretty sure he was a light skinned Mexican and worked in the front. Needs to better their costumer service management. Was working on Friday 7/3

Food was good, but the service was horrible. They don’t even take your order anymore which is fine. But I had to wait for over 20 minutes to get my one bowl when there was only one person in front of me and the store was nearly empty. He apologized to someone who ordered after me and gave them their food before mine after waiting my whole lunch break. Disappointing overall and not worth it.
Amazing food quality and great customer service! Highly recommend going to this waba and if its ur first time going, try the plates. Fire!
