On my travels from Palm Springs back to Santa Maria I stopped to grab something to eat and found this Waba Grill. We don't have them on the Central Coast and we used to eat at the one on Palm Springs so I stopped here. The place is in a fairly new looking center just of the 10 Freeway. It's super clean and the staff was very kind and welcoming . I ordered the Mini Bowl Combo with the Sweet and Spicy Chicken. It was delicious and for my side dish I got the Dumplings! Want to say I love the food here. The lady at the counter was super sweet...That said it is inexcusable to have one person working the register, taking orders AND preparing the food. Do better Waba Grill, do better. Again, zero reflection on the lady working...she was wonderful...but lunchtime on 12/13/25 she was completely alone. Not cool.
Fantastic food. Quick service. And professional staff.
