Staff is very unwelcoming and rude, decided to leave after he took my order because he refused to say a word back the whole time.
Food was ready 10 minutes past the pick up time. Food was not made as described online. Tried charging me for sauce they forgot to put on
I go to waba grill at least 2xs a week but this location is the only location where portions are tiny and sauce is always extra.
I had a great experience at Waba Grill. As soon as I walked in, Maria greeted me with amazing energy and made me feel welcome right away. Her positive attitude and attentiveness really stood out. We're often quick to complain when something goes wrong in places like this, but we rarely take the time to acknowledge the people who show up with great energy, work hard, and deliver excellent customer service. Maria did just that, and I wanted to make sure she's recognized for it. Thank you, Maria!
