Found a worm in my chicken teriyaki bowl I called and they said they wouldn’t even refund me my 16$ order only the 11$ bowl, I’m left literally traumatized and disgusted Don’t go there! This was on 9/24/25 I had already took 5,6 bites prior Left completely disappointed on my lunch break.
Protein portions are generous. They just earned a new repeat customer! I ordered online and the order was on time and bagged with enough sauces. The store did have a slight smell to it but was easy to ignore for a to-go order. I saw another review from a few years ago complaining about the same thing so it must be the building or a faulty sewage line. Still 5
Finally a waba grill that gives you your money's worth. Plenty of sauces and they give you a good amount for what you pay. Thanks
