I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the service has declined. Staff struggled to take my order, misheard it even after I repeated it twice, and I was charged twice as a result. Hygiene standards also appeared poor during my visit. I won’t be returning.
Horrible customer service. Lady says,”We are only taking cash.” No smile, no greeting, no apologies, and I said,”No, I only have my ATM card.” Then she just turned around and walked away. Ugh! This place sucks! When I worked fast food in high school, we were trained to smile and the customers are always right. Now, it’s just rude service, like this place.
It's crazy how they charge almost 11 dollars for mostly rice and a few pieces of chicken. You're better off going to Panda Express and buying a plate that comes with rice, chow mein, and triple the portion of chicken.
