I cannot recommend waba grill based on my recent visit. When I walked up to the counter, the staff completely ignored me, and I eventually had to ask if I needed to order at the kiosk. After ordering, I then waited over 30 minutes for my food, even though four people came in after me and got their orders first. When I inquired about my food status, the staff informed me they had no order in the queue, and only then did they start making it. Nice hot meal and tasty. For me more a Appetizer kinda place.. Clean and Staff is friendly and courteous.. Fast food Folks, please Don't expect High End Food.. Fast and Cheap. Good for Kids and Folks on a Budget.,
The food is good, not great, The atmosphere was clean! Service did the best they could but the building was packed and wait time was over half hour.
I honestly am not sure how this place has such great reviews. This is the third time I've been here and it's the third time it's disappointed and was the final straw. I ordered a spicy chicken rice bowl and a steak rice bowl. I asked for only broccoli on one of them and only carrots and broccoli on the other. I got home and lo and behold neither of them had broccoli, one had carrots and cabbage and the other one had just cabbage.
