Received the greatest customer service from Gustine. She was friendly polite and sweet. She made me feel like it was my day. Waba's food is delicious. I will definitely return.
The cashier at front looks very unhappy, bad service he didn’t even ask “how may I help you?” Or even a “Hi! “ I ask for a half and half bowl because is my first time at waba grill and he just answer “Of What?” And to give us the total he just point at the register. I work as a cashier and it’s our job to make costumers feel comfortable.
Goid healthy dishes
How are you a "bowl" place and say "we only have brown rice" at 6 pm when the store closes at 9pm! A whole three hours and not selling any more bowls with white rice? What a joke for a waba grill! Seriously, do better. Geez. I could see close to closing time but three hours before closing? Please make enough rice throughout your shifts for your customers next time!
